Kevin E. Flint, CFP®
Kevin is a Wealth Planning Advisor who obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Prior to starting his business, he was Director, Benefits Finance at Bausch & Lomb where he managed all employee benefit programs, the pension plan and its investments and helped manage the personal financials for some of the executives.
A graduate of Ohio State University with its first Masters In Finance, he started his career at National Bank of Detroit and has been a CFO for a privately held company. He is a member of The Society of Financial Service Professionals, Financial Planning Counselors of Western New York, Financial Planning Association, Financial Executives International and The Williamsville Rotary. Kevin has authored articles on wealth management as well as on retirement plan and corporate benefits management.

Maurice L. Naylon III, CLU®, ChFC®
Moe is a graduate of Colgate University. In 1979 he received his Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU) designation and followed up in 1982 with the conferment of his Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC) designation. Over the years Moe has contributed his time to a number of financial services organizations. He served as president of the Buffalo Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors in 1983 the Buffalo Chapter of the Society of Financial Services Professionals in 2004 and the Financial Planning Counselors of Western New York in 2011. He is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT).
In addition, Moe is an author having written articles on various financial planning topics during his career. Prominent among his community activities, Moe is a founding director and past president of the Buffalo Renaissance Foundation.
